Green and Growing (Photo Entry)

As we turn into July many of the vegetables are starting to blossom and fruit.  It is going to be a bumper crop year and already we are struggling a bit to keep up with the amount of lettuce, mesclun, and arugula we are producing.

It is exciting to see the foods taking form and I am already busy looking recipes to use our garden’s bounty to the fullest.
